Who Decides on the Winners

The Award will be judged by an independent panel of people who have continually demonstrated their commitment to disability equality through their life and work.

This judging panel is made up of male and female role models with and without disabilities, representing different industries and areas of life. Some of our judges might be shortlisted for an Award. They will not be judging the categories they have been nominated in. All judges will have to declare where they may have a conflict of interest to keep the process open and fair
